شرح شغل

  • Identify critical business and departments performance GAPs as well as related KPIs

    Prepare training budget for departments and organization

    Conduct training need assessment and design IDP support individual performance agreement

    Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials

    Assess training supplier and provider input to line manager to select new suppliers

     Design digital content according to the requirement of internal customer and make it available in digital learning platform

    Prepare reports summarizing distance learning statistical data or describing distance learning program objectives and accomplishments

    Design, conduct and manage the entire process of training effectiveness evaluation and provide improvement plan based on PIP or development center outputs

    Implement and follow succession planning process based on organization needs for all critical positions

    Develop and maintain recognition programs and schedules

نیازمندی ها

Bachelor/Master Degree in human resources, Industrial Eng. / Management or a relevant field

Proven work experience as a Learning & Development specialist

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR field

Fluent in English

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint in particular)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects

Familiar with training standards specially ISO 10015

Familiar with Leadership and psychometric tests (e.g. HPTI, PDA, PPA)
